The Youth Civil Society Academy is a six(6) months empowerment and mentorship program for
empowering leaders/C.EOs/Programmers/Managers and Directors of civil society organizations
& CBOs with leadership, management and program development skills which would strengthen
the governance, management and programming of CSOs& CBOs.
The Academy runs ten(10) training module sessions that empowers leaders and heads of CSOs
and CBOs to effectively run their entities.
Role of the Youth Civil Society Academy
Due to the above challenges,YADNET with support from development partners is establishing
the Youth Civil Society Academy(YCA) that will empower Youth CSOs with skills, knowledge
and techniques in strengthening their governance, management and programming to effectively
contribute to the transformation of the youth they serve.The Youth Civil Society Academy is a six(6) months empowerment and mentorship program for
